|Mr. Johnson is the senior cotton analyst for the Office of Global Analysis for USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS). He is responsible providing market and policy analysis regarding supply, demand and trade of cotton to USDA and other U.S. government agencies.
He is the FAS representative to USDA’s interagency commodity estimates committee, which formulates USDA’s World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) for cotton.
Mr. Johnson serves a representative of the United States to International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) and has served a Head of United States Delegation as ICAC plenary meetings.
Prior to be his work on cotton, Mr. Johnson served as an Agricultural Attaché at the U.S. mission to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium. He also worked on the Uruguay Round agriculture negotiations.
Mr. Johnson was raised on his family’s farm in Iowa. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business and a Master of Science degree in Agricultural |

|Joe Nicosia is Executive Vice President of the Louis Dreyfus Commodities, and is the CEO of Allenberg Cotton Co.
Nicosia graduated from Dartmouth College in 1981. He joined LDC in 1981 as a grain trader and assumed responsibility for cotton trading worldwide in 1985.
Nicosia is the past President of the American Cotton Shippers Association and is Chairman of ACSA Committee on Futures. He is also a founding member and director of The Seam, the cotton industry’s internet trading marketplace.|

1984 created the US Dollar Index - It has become the benchmark for measuring the value of the US dollar
1987 entered into a joint venture with the New York Stock Exchange to bring the New York Futures Exchange (NYFE) to the NYCE floor
1994 created Finex Dublin-First US exchange to establish a division outside the US
1994 established non-dollar denominated futures contracts
1998 worked with representatives of the Coffee, Sugar & Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) to effect the merger of NYCE and CSCE to form the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT)

|In 1990 Chen tao was graduated from American Memphis State University MBA. Then, he joined the biggest cotton company in the world——U.S. Ailun of Cotton Company. Later, he was appointed vice president of U.S. Ailun in 1997. Moreover, Mr. Chen joined Louis Dreyfus Group——the parent company of Ailun of Cotton Company. Currently he is the chairman of board in Louis Dreyfus (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd, and in charge of the business in mainland China, involved in the import and export of all agricultural products , local trade, and investment.
In recent 20 years, Mr. Chen actives in world agricultural trade. He made a great contribution on China’s future industry especially, on hedging theory.|
